System km 420 is a new generation of cages with great success in the market. The supports are industrialized in galvanized steel, providing a perfect alignment of the cages for the division of them in parts, water supply and collect of eggs.
The system providers satisfactory density with no harm to the comfort of the birds, with 380 cm to 450 cm by bird.
The cage floor is industrialized in galvanized wire ( 2.10 mm) with mesh of 25 mm x 50 mm, granting comfort to the birds and very few cracks on the eggshells.
The system built in a pyramidal design ensuers good venting and light on any flor and it also offers drinking fountains with nipple systems.
Ration distributor
The perfect ration distribution performed by low consume self-propelled cars permits a safe distribution no matter how much fat there is in the ration. Joined to the system there's a powerful turbine wich works as a blower for cleaning the egg-collecting belt.
Egg-collecting system
The egg-collecting system ULTRA LIFT works automatically and simultaneously on all the cage floors, while the conveyor is parked on a determined floor.
Mechanical egg counters may be added to the system.
Cleaning system for the egg-collecting belt
With polypropilene ristles, the system works automatically during the collect of eggs, providing cleaner eggs.
Egg conveyor
Industrialized chassis in aluminium, with plastic guards on the sides and industrialized chains with calibered links.
The system consists of two soldered chains whose links are located on different levels to ensure the accommodation of the eggs in the same position from collect to classification.
Manure removal
The system operates automatically, it features scrapers located on the roof of the cages on the lower floors where there are woodblocks or asbestos plates to collect manure from the upper floors.
The system is industrialized in stainless steel, galvanized steel cables and motors which operate every two days, removing the manure and depositing it on the soil under the cages.
Standart curves of 45, 90 and 180 degrees, and also "S" curves. Other angles can be made to order.
Electrical lubricante : the lubricante works automatically and it is turned on at the same time as the main unit. The adjustable oil flow makes the belt roll smoothly.
Capacity of the system (at 60m / min) : 510 mm = 59,760 eggs per hour / 770 mm = 99,720 eggs per hour.
