Characteristics
System km 600 is a generation of cages with great success in the market. The supports are industrialized in galvanized steel providing a perfect alignment of the cages what offers very good conditions to divide them in parts, to have access to water supply and the egg collecting system.
System km 600 provides satisfactory density with no harm to the comfort of the birds. This project was developed to provide from 375 to 450 square cm by bird what makes it adjustable to market trends or the customer's preferences.
The cages have the following measurementes : lenght 2 m, depth 45 cm or 50 cm, height 45 cm, they are built in galvanized wire (gauges 2,10 / 2,76 / 3,40 cm) in the back of the cages there is a polypropilene protection to eliminate the everyday manure removal.
The cage floor is in steel wire ( 2,10 mm), it is flexible and ensures a low level of egg cracks or damages.
Collect of the eggs
The collect of the eggs in km 600 presents 10 cm belts which prevent the eggs from cracking or piling up. The system collects and transfers the eggs to plastic containers what makes the eggs to remain in the same position until they arrive at the place for classification
90 degrees curves
Founded in aluminium and bronze interior pulleys, the curves work as aligners of the steel cable permiting the ration to be transported freely
