Ration distributor
The distribution of ration in the km 2000 system is done by self-propelled cars of low consume. It allows a perfect distribution of ration through a system of helicoids (left / right), providing a safe distribution whatever the amount of fat existing in the ration.
Joined to the car there is a powerful turbine wich works as a blower for cleaning the egg-collecting belt.
Egg conveyor
The egg conveyor in the km 2000 system presents a chassis in galvanized steel and industrialized conveyor made of steel (6.35 mm) with a fitting system which does not require any soldering.
Ration dosage
The ration dosage in the km 2000 system presents a safe regulating system, with weights in the ends, allowing the ration to be spread out perfectly along the cage
Floor to floor egg collector
The floor to floor egg collector in the km 2000 system presents 10cm wide belts wich avoid cracks or pilling up of the eggs.
The system performs the collect of the eggs and transport them to the place for classification.
Manure removal
The manure removal in the km 2000 system presents a 1 mm thick polypropilene belt ( 1.40 mm long )
An adequate cleaning must be performed on pre-determined periods in order to obtain the best cost-benefit from the system.
Cleaning belts
The traction system for cleaning the belts in the km 2000 system presents an industrialized chassis made of steel, transmission in industrial metal chains and special gears, These features allow a regulation of the belts up to 1 meter. The system permits one single motor to perform the cleaning of 3 to 5 floors.
Water supply
Automatic drinking fountain with nipple system, triple system for sealing, water flow in desired quantitym a 360 degrees water-releasing pin, a pvc drop-catching gutter
